  • Must I make an appointment?

Yes, this is to ensure availability of consultants and dressing rooms. 

There is ​a $35 deposit when booking your appointment that is credited onto your account at Jane Bridal upon showing up to your appointment. We schedule appointments from 10am to 6pm Mon-Sat (Our last scheduled appointment time is at 6pm-7:30)

  • How long are appointments?

Our fitting appointments are normally  1 1/2 hours long. 

​

  • How big can the entourage be ?

It's best to keep the entourage to around 2-3  people to help ensure the bride can find the dream wedding gown.

Our seating area is limited space.  If you must have a larger entourage please let us know so we can accommodate , during weekdays is best availability

  • Does Jane Bridal offer Payment plans?

YES!  Payment plan options are available. 

We can divide your total into 3 payment installments.

  • How do I know my Bridal size?

Your Bridal size is typically 2 sizes greater than your normal wear size.

Example: If your normal wear is size 14 your bridal size may be 18.

We do measurements in store to get your bridal size.

We also refer alterations for the perfect custom fit to you.

  • Can I bring my children ?

We love our children, but we encourage you to make arrangements to not bring them.  

Your appointment is for you to  focus on finding the  dream dress for that magical day.

  • What can I expect during my appointment?

Your bridal consultant will visit with you to help determine your perfect gown. We will take your measurements for proper sizing . 

You will be provided a dressing room where you will have a robe to change into. 

Your consultant will help you in and out of bridal gowns to ensure best fit. 

Please wear proper under garments for your appointment.

  • What sizes are available to try on ?

Jane Bridal carries sizes 4 to 28 in-store and we can order sizes from 2-30

  • Can I take my dress home today ?

YES! You may purchase any of our gowns in store and take home same day. We carry large selection of gowns

​

  • How long does it take for Ordered Gowns?

 You may choose to order a dress of specific color ,size.  It takes normally 4 to 6 months to make and get into store.  However some of our dresses are in-stock in our warehouse and available within 1 to 2 weeks.  We also can do rush shipping for an extra fee if within time limit of wedding date.  Our consultants will give you every option available and according to date you need by.​
